You agree to:

- Only upload images you have the right to use
- Not use the service for any illegal purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer or misuse our AI systems
4. Intellectual Property
You retain rights to images you upload. AI-generated designs are provided for your personal and commercial use. Naked Interiors retains rights to use anonymized outputs for service improvement.
5. Payment & Refunds
Paid services are charged at the rates displayed at purchase. We offer a money-back guarantee if you're unsatisfied with your renders — contact us within 7 days of purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability
Naked Interiors provides AI-generated visualizations for reference only. We are not liable for any decisions made based on our designs, including renovation costs or contractor selection.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
